Youth Academy (U7-U10)
Building the Foundation

Our Youth Academy introduces players to the Competitive pathway in an environment designed to maximize development during the most important years of technical growth. Training focuses on building confidence, creativity, ball mastery, and decision-making while fostering a lifelong love of the game through the Phoenix Rising Technical Plan and Rising DNA.
Players train in development pools while competing on appropriately placed teams, creating an environment that encourages individual growth and allows players to progress at their own pace. Professional coaches deliver age-appropriate training that emphasizes skill acquisition, enjoyment, and the habits needed for long-term success.
The Youth Academy provides a strong foundation for players with clear developmental objectives, including:
- A player-first approach to long-term development.
- Age-specific technical and tactical goals guided by the Phoenix Rising Technical Plan.
- Professional coaches who specialize in developing young players and creating an engaging, positive learning environment.
- League play, festivals, and tournaments that provide meaningful competition and opportunities for growth.
About Junior Academy (U11-U14)
Developing the Competitor
The Junior Academy bridges the gap between foundational development and higher levels of competitive soccer. As players enter these important developmental years, training expands beyond technical mastery to include greater tactical understanding, physical development, decision-making, and team concepts through the Phoenix Rising Technical Plan and Rising DNA.
Players are challenged in a demanding yet supportive environment that encourages accountability, continued growth, and a deeper understanding of the game. League competition, tournament play, and regular evaluations help prepare players for the next stage of the Competitive pathway.
The Junior Academy is designed for players who are committed to their development and includes:
- A player-first approach to long-term development.
- Age-specific technical, tactical, physical, and mental development guided by the Phoenix Rising Technical Plan.
- Professional coaches who create a challenging, positive, and competitive learning environment.
- League and tournament competition both within Arizona and beyond, providing meaningful opportunities to test and develop players.
