Our Surprise Region is part of Phoenix Rising FC’s elite youth development structure, offering a high-performance environment for players across the West Valley. Serving Surprise and surrounding cities including El Mirage, Waddell, North Peoria, and Goodyear, the region provides top-level coaching, competition, and a clear pathway to college and professional opportunities.

Our Surprise region focuses on our Junior Academy and Academy Programs, available to competitive players U11 and older, is nationally recognized for developing players through a proven methodology known as the Rising DNA. This approach has helped propel hundreds of players to collegiate, professional, and national team levels.

Professional Coaching Staff

Tiered Team Structure
Players are placed into A, B, and C teams to ensure appropriate competitive balance and growth opportunities. Teams compete in leagues and tournaments both in-state and out-of-state.
Comprehensive Evaluation Process
Players receive formal evaluations twice per year and are supported with individualized development plans and at-home training programs.
Balanced Season Planning
For those who wish to participate in high school soccer, the club calendar is designed to complement the school season while prioritizing player welfare and long-term development.
