DPL-O Girls

DPLO Girls provides a competitive, development-first environment designed to help players grow and progress within the game. As part of the Development Player League (DPL), an elite national all-girls platform, DPLO creates meaningful opportunities for players to compete, improve, and be seen. The league is built around a clear pathway, helping players bridge the gap between club soccer and higher levels like the Girls Academy, while continuing to develop in a structured, professional environment. 

For families, this means your player is training and competing in an environment focused on long-term development, exposure, and real opportunities. DPLO teams participate in high-level league play and showcase events, giving players the chance to test themselves against strong competition while gaining visibility to college programs.

Through a consistent training environment, experienced coaching, and a pathway connected to the highest levels of the game, our players are prepared to take the next step, whether that’s advancing within the pathway or pursuing college soccer.
