Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer continues to see its players make their mark on the global stage, with several recent international call-ups highlighting the depth of talent within the club.
Recently, Kallington Daniels and Avara Stimsonriahi were both selected to join the U15 U.S. National Team camp, a testament to their hard work and development within Rising’s pathway. They follow in the footsteps of Tovah Avua’a, who also earned a call-up earlier this year, and represent the growing number of Rising players being recognized at the highest youth levels.
Beyond U.S. Soccer, Rising athletes are making waves abroad. Marie Torre was called up to the German National Team a few months ago, while Leah Bonilla joined the U15 Mexican National Team camp at the famed Centro de Alto Rendimiento in Mexico City. Leah described the experience as both challenging and inspiring, praising the camp’s structure, the high level of play, and the attention to performance — from tactical sessions and nutrition training to wearing a daily performance monitor reviewed by the coaching staff.
On the international tournament stage, Troy Montañez represented Puerto Rico in the U15 CONCACAF Championship, playing in all five games and logging over 260 minutes of action. His contributions highlighted both his consistency and his ability to compete against top regional opponents.
These experiences speak not only to the quality of individual players but also to the environment created at Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer. By blending elite training with a clear pathway to the next level, the club continues to help young athletes reach opportunities with their national teams, representing their heritage and their club with pride.
