Phoenix Rising FC WPSL
Phoenix Rising WPSL
Phoenix Rising FC is excited to take another major step forward in the development of women’s soccer in Arizona with the launch of our very own Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) team.
The addition of a WPSL team creates another important layer within the Phoenix Rising player pathway, providing high-level players the opportunity to continue representing the club beyond their youth careers. For Phoenix Rising players competing at the collegiate level, the WPSL provides a pathway to return home, continue their development and compete within the Phoenix Rising environment throughout their college careers.
More than simply adding another team, this represents an investment in the future of women’s soccer in Phoenix. Our goal is to create a pathway that allows players to grow up within Phoenix Rising, compete at the highest levels of youth soccer, continue developing during their college careers and pursue opportunities at the next level.
The launch of our WPSL team strengthens Phoenix Rising FC’s commitment to providing meaningful opportunities for female players and building a more complete pathway for the next generation of players in Arizona.
