Welcome to the 4th Annual Phoenix Rising Professional Academy Center of Excellence for Winter 2025-26. The Phoenix Rising Center of Excellence is a free, supplemental training program for U11 and U12 Phoenix Rising players from across the Valley. The program will consist of an evaluation of nominated players followed by a selection of around 20 players in each age group on both the boys and girls sides.
This program provides an opportunity for your son or daughter to train with our MLS Next and ECNL coaches alongside the top players in Phoenix. This is a TRAINING ONLY opportunity for all Rising players.
Please see COE Evaluation Registration links below. With the age group change in ECNL, we will be using a separate registration for the Boys and Girls COE.
Boys Evaluation Date and Times

Costs
- This is a FREE program for any players that get selected.
If selected, your player will receive a free Center of Excellence training top and five free training sessions with our professional coaching staff. All sessions will be at the Phoenix Rising Youth Training Facility. If a position is offered and your player accepts, it will be expected that they are able to attend all five training sessions.
Session Dates:
Girls sessions will be 5:45-7:15 PM on Mondays, January 6, 13, 27 and February 2, 9, 23
Boys sessions will be 5:45-7:15 PM on Mondays, January 5, 12, 26 and February 2, 9, 23
The Center of Excellence is open to current Phoenix Rising Youth Soccer players.
