Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer is proud to celebrate five more players who have announced their commitments to continue their academic and soccer careers at the collegiate level.
Representing both the ECNL and ECNL Regional League pathways, Rylie White, Marlowe Dockter, Chloe Graham, Dakota Reinhardt and Layla DeLeon will take the next step in their journeys at programs across Arizona, California and Texas.
Layla DeLeon – California Baptist University
Layla DeLeon of the U17 ECNL team has committed to California Baptist University in Riverside, California.
DeLeon will make the jump to the NCAA Division I level with a CBU women’s soccer program that has enjoyed significant recent success.
The Lancers captured back-to-back Western Athletic Conference Tournament Championships in 2024 and 2025, earning consecutive appearances in the NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Tournament. Their 2025 championship came in dramatic fashion, with CBU overcoming a 2-0 second-half deficit against Utah Valley before ultimately winning the title in a penalty shootout.
DeLeon’s commitment is particularly exciting as she continues her development with Phoenix Rising at the U17 level before eventually beginning her collegiate career with the Lancers.

Rylie White – Schreiner University
Rylie White, a member of the U19 ECNL Regional League, has committed to Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas.
White will join the Mountaineers and compete at the NCAA Division III level. Schreiner is a member of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and offers White the opportunity to continue her soccer career while beginning a new academic chapter in the Texas Hill Country.

Marlowe Dockter – UC Santa Cruz
U19 ECNL Regional League player Marlowe Dockter has committed to the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Dockter will join the Banana Slugs and compete at the NCAA Division III level on California’s Central Coast.
UC Santa Cruz has one of the most recognizable and unique mascots in college athletics. The Banana Slug officially became the university’s mascot in 1986 following a student vote and has since become a major part of the school’s identity.
Dockter will now have the opportunity to write her own chapter in Banana Slug soccer.

Dakota Reinhardt – Orange Coast College
U19 ECNL Regional League player Dakota Reinhardt has committed to Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California.
Reinhardt will join the Pirates and compete in the Orange Empire Conference as she begins her collegiate career in Southern California.

Chloe Graham – Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
Chloe Graham of the U19 ECNL team has committed to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona.
Graham will join an Embry-Riddle women’s soccer program that has established itself as a strong NAIA contender. The Eagles put together an outstanding 2025 campaign, finishing 20-1-3 and advancing all the way to the NAIA National Tournament Semifinals.
Beyond soccer, Embry-Riddle is known around the world for its aviation and aerospace programs, making it one of the most distinctive universities represented among our recent college commitments.
