Started in 2021, RISING ALL-STARS is an end of fall-season tournament for the higher level soccer players born in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 participating in the Rising Rec and/or Rising Stars programs. Sponsor: BE Salon of Cave Creek.

Fall 2023 All Stars Tournament Rules and Rosters
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Selection notifications will commence in November and continue until all 32 all-stars are registered. Teams selections will be made a week prior to the event and this page will be updated with player and coach selections . All teams will play 3 rounds with a final between the two teams with the highest points.
Round 1 (5:00 PM – 5:20 PM):
- Game 1: Team A vs. Team B
- Game 2: Team C vs. Team D
Round 2 (5:30 PM – 5:50 PM):
- Game 3: Team A vs. Team C
- Game 4: Team B vs. Team D
Round 3 (6:00 PM – 6:20 PM):
- Game 5: Team A vs. Team D
- Game 6: Team B vs. Team C
Final (6:30 PM – 6:50 PM):
- The top two teams, based on these criteria, will advance to the final match.
INFORMATION
- 4 teams each with 6-8 players.
- Teams will play 3 tournament games December @ Varsity Field, Cactus Shadows High School (park at Fine Arts Center, walk toward building and veer right for stadium entrance).
- The final is between the top 2 teams in tournament play.
- Game format is age appropriate – 4v4 no goalies.
- Games will be 2 x 10 minutes.
- Game Jersey – BE Salon is sponsoring a new game shirt for each player.
- Players should wear black shorts and socks. Shirts will be distributed at the event.
MODIFIED RULES
- Game format 4v4 no goalies.
- 2x 10 minutes periods with 1 minute change over at half time.
- Restarts : pass (no-throws).
- Goals cannot be scored directly from a kick in.
- All Free-kicks: In-direct (must touch at least 2 players before a goal is scored).
- Team with most points progress – 3 points for win, 1 point for a tie. Tie breaker: 1) Goal difference, 2) Goals for. 3) Head to Head or 4) Coin toss.

@ Cactus Shadows High School varsity football field – park at Fine Arts Center at 33606 N. 60th Street, Scottsdale AZ. Walk to the right of the Fine Arts Center building toward the athletic building and stadium.
