The Individual Assessment form is to be used post tryout time period for players to get a player assessment or evaluation to be placed on a team. It can also be used for non registered players with the club to participate in training or similar activities and is a waiver for participation. This form does not replace any loan or release paperwork that might be needed outside of the tryout period and is your requirement to obtain if you re registered with another club for this season.

Boys Elite Platforms ID Events
Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer ID Events are designed to discover talented players for our elite platforms. These events aim to identify potential players who are not currently part of our program and provide them with an opportunity to join our platform teams.
Our platform teams compete at the highest level and are part of a proven professional pathway that has successfully placed players in top-tier competitions. By participating in our Identification Events, aspiring players can take the first step towards joining our elite programs and advancing their soccer careers.

These platforms empower players to develop their skills, gain exposure, and compete at the highest levels. By offering multiple regions and elite platforms, Phoenix Rising Youth Soccer caters to diverse player needs, fostering growth and excellence in Arizona’s youth soccer community. Whilst there are no ID Events for NL Club Premier 1 or 2 teams, we will engage all participants in exploring opportunities for players with a desire to join an NL Club Premier 1 or 2 team.
We are the only youth soccer development program with an integrated pathway to a professional team in the state of Arizona.
Our club’s elite platforms have a proven track record of developing top-level talent, with numerous players going on to achieve greatness in the soccer world. Standout examples include Jamison Ping, who excelled in our MLS Next program and has recently recently signed a professional contract with our Phoenix Rising FC professional team, at the ate of 16.
Adam Mosharrafa, a Phoenix Rising FC alumni, had a collegiate career to remember. Recruited by Stanford University, he won the NCAA DI Championship three times, on top of receiving numerous accolades for his academic achievements. They are just two of countless success stories from our club, with countless other players advancing to NCAA Division I Final Four and Championship games, as well as professional leagues. Our commitment to developing elite talent has yielded a steady stream of accomplished players, and we’re proud to have played a role in their journeys to the top of the sport.
