Rising Stars is a five-week developmental program designed for recreational players aged 5-13 years old.
The program focuses on developing each player’s technical ability, confidence and understanding of the game through a combination of structured training activities and game-based learning.
Players are organized into coaching groups based on age and ability, creating an environment where each player can be appropriately challenged while developing alongside players at a similar stage of their soccer journey.
Rising Stars focuses on:
- Technical Development – Building fundamental skills including dribbling, passing, receiving, finishing and individual ball mastery.
- Game-Based Learning – Providing opportunities for players to apply their skills in realistic, small-sided game environments.
- Confidence & Creativity – Encouraging players to make decisions, try new skills and become more confident with the ball.
- Appropriate Challenge – Organizing players by age and ability to create positive and productive learning environments.
