U7 to U19 Boys & Girls 

(Local Arizona teams may play Thursday, October 26th in the evening. Local teams are expected to play Friday, October 27th.)

The Phoenix Rising Fall Classic is a must attend tournament for the Fall of 2023. 

As a Phoenix Rising Youth Soccer Club event, you can expect the utmost in quality as we are extremely proud of our venues, our organization and the level of competition this tournament has to offer all participants.

2023 Team Halloween Costume Contest

All 4v4 teams have the choice to play their Saturday tournament games in a team costume. Now’s your chance to scare off the opposition as goblins or ghouls, mummies or mermaids. Teams will be judged during their games by a panel of judges.
The top 3 team costumes will be announced via social media and website Saturday afternoon.

Prizes can be collected at Tournament HQ on Sunday. Please see below for costume rules:

  • Team theme of like color
  • No face coverings, hoods, helmets etc (other than headbands)
  • Loose items will have to be removed before play
  • Players must still wear cleats, shin guards and socks
  • Teams using costumes must check in at one of the HQ tents before games to have costumes checked.
  •  All players on team must be involved for valid entry of competition


Games will be played at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, the newest premier soccer complex in Arizona, making this an amazing experience for players and their families.

Key Reminders:

  • US Soccer Mandated Guidelines will be followed for ALL Age Groups

  • Acceptance: Teams will ONLY be considered after the Registration Deadline. (Exception for Out of State Teams)

  • Checks WILL NOT be accepted. Payment MUST be made with Credit Cards which WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED ONCE ACCEPTED and WITHOUT CONVENIENCE FEES

  • Coaching Conflicts: A maximum of two (2) teams in group play.

  • Thursday Night and Friday Night Play: ALL Phoenix area teams will be considered for Thursday and Friday games.

  • Scheduling Conflicts: We will do our best to schedule around ANY League games outside of the Fall Classic tournament. Please let us know of any conflicts in the registration application by emailing

  • Lodging: We ARE a Stay and Play Tournament for teams outside of Arizona. Please see the information in the tab below.

  • Awards: Individual player medals for 1st and 2nd place, a Championship Team Trophy for ALL U9 - U19 Division Champions. Participation Pins for ALL PLAYERS

  • Refunds: Registration Fees are non-refundable once your team has been accepted.
