ONLINE CHECK IN PROCESS

The event will utilize the GotSport online check in process with teams uploading the following requirements to their team account application. Although all shaded documents are required to be uploaded, teams should also have on hand all documents below and the tournament reserves the right to request access to the documents which must be provided immediately if needed:

FALL CLASSIC CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Player Passes for all players, coaches, and team officials in Alphabetical Order by Last Name. Any Club Pass or Guest/Loan players should be added at the end of the passes (if applicable). ALL ONE DOCUMENT AND NOT SEPARATE DOCUMENTS FOR EACH PASS.

2. Team Acknowledgment and ZERO Tolerance Policy Form

3. Guest Player Form (if applicable - Upload with your player passes)

4. DO NOT NEED TO UPLOAD: Medical Release Form (OUT OF STATE TEAMS ONLY) keep on your records. The tournament may request proof before, during, or after the event.

5. IF APPLICABLE: Permission to Travel (OUT OF STATE TEAMS) keep in your records if your state association requires it. The tournament may request proof before, during, or after the event.
